Our Return Policy

At SEATRIAN LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at seatrian@dmeili.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
  3. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Affix the return shipping label provided by our customer service team to the package.
  5. Drop off the package at the designated shipping location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions above and specify that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at seatrian@dmeili.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
